| This is our newly developed Heavy duty concertina loft ladder. It is ideal for fitting into new build properties, lift motor rooms and areas which require a heavy duty ladder where access is limited. This ladder is exclusive to us and is available in many frame sizes and is suitable for ceiling heights up to 3. 2 metres. We can even have the ladder built to your specific size at extra cost. It comes with its own metal frame, metal trimmed architrave, spring assisted trap door, so is very easy to use. This stylish classic concertina access ladder has a safe working load of 150 Kilo's and deep 80mm treads. This ladder can be fitted with a one hour fire rated door at extra cost if required. Available in a 500 wide and 1000 long casing to suit new build properties fully installed into an extended loft opening at £499.00 and £599.00 into a new opening Also available in a 700 wide by 1100 long casing to suit all other type of properties including commercial situations Fully installed into an extended loft opening at £599.00 and £699.00 into a new opening |
